At MoreBeer!, we want you to be completely satisfied with your brewing equipment and ingredients. If an item doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 60 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.
Request an RMA
Log into your account and navigate to your order history to request a Return Merchandise Authorization number for the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Carefully package the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring that all components, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please note that perishable ingredients are not eligible for return.
Processing and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
