How long does it take for my order to ship?
Most orders are processed within 24 hours. Depending on your location, shipping typically takes 2-5 business days via our standard ground service.
Are your ingredients and yeast fresh?
Absolutely. We rotate our inventory weekly and store all liquid yeast in climate-controlled refrigeration to ensure maximum viability when it reaches your door.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide. Please note that customs regulations regarding agricultural products like hops and grain vary by country.
What is your return policy on brewing equipment?
We offer a 30-day return policy on most unused equipment in its original packaging. Please contact our support team to initiate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Can I change my order after it has been placed?
Because we aim for rapid fulfillment, we can only make changes if the order has not yet reached our warehouse floor. Please call our customer service line immediately for assistance.
